Ramadan Is...?

During the month of Ramadan, the Islamic religion would fast every day till Eid arrives. Eid means feast. Fathara Fitr comes from the word meaning 'to break, ending ". Eid al-Fitr means the feast of End Fasting (Ramadan).

The last day of the month of Ramadan is celebrated with joy by the entire Muslim world. In the evening (night 1 Shawwal), commonly called a victory tonight, they will peal Takbir together. In Indonesia, this ritual into a spectacle that was interesting because usually the people (who are Muslims) will carry a Takbir while parading around town and villages, sometimes equipped with beating the drum and set off fireworks.


The next day the 1st of Shawwal, which is celebrated as the feast of Eid al-Fitr, both men and women thronged the mosque and the Muslims will be doing the field where the Eid Salat. Salat performed two rak'ahs then be terminated by two sermons on Eid. The celebration then continued with the mutual giving Sorry among Muslims, and ending the whole series of special religious activities that accompany Ramadan.
